Like the BBQ we smoke daily, Pappy’s Mash & Ash anniversary bourbon is also made in small batches, so get your collector’s edition bottle. Available for purchase for $70 at Pappy’s Smokehouse St.Louis location only, while supplies last.

Locally sourced and made from 100% Missouri grown corn. MASH & ASH is mashed and distilled over time at St. Louis’ Still 630 Distillery. Crafted in Missouri-sourced oak barrels and filtered with charred applewood from Pappy’s Smokehouse smokers, this unique blend creates a smooth, smoky undertone that pairs perfectly with a platter of Pappy’s famous barbecue.
